The first presidential debate takes place Monday, September 26. But will the debates really matter?
This year’s presidential debates are being described as “…the political equivalent of the Super Bowl, World Cup final and Rumbles in the Jungle rolled into one,” according to The Guardian, and the New York Post states “The 9 p.m. showdown could pull in record ratings on television.”
Entertainment aside, there are some key things to pay attention to in regards to the topics and issues being discussed.
Join Barb and John as they discuss the upcoming debates and whether they’ll really make a “yuge” difference or not in the final outcome in November.

(3) Jack Churchward
Author, researcher, and engineer Jack Churchward joins the show during the third hour to discuss his continuing research into his great grandfather, James Churchward’s, theories regarding ancient, advanced civilizations. Jack will be discussing these theories in relation to his second book, Stone Tablets of Mu.
The Stone Tablets of Mu is an examination of a previously “not publicly available” portion of James Churchward’s writings. In Copies of Stone Tablets Found by William Niven at Santiago Ahuizoctla Near Mexico City (1927,) James’ early ideas and interpretations of the stone tablets from the Valley of Mexico are presented, and nine of the twenty-two tablets are revealed for the first time. The Stone Tablets of Mu investigates Niven’s tablet discoveries by placing them in historical context, examining the media coverage and detailing the use of the tablets in subsequent works by James Churchward. The appendix contains the entire transcribed text and images from the original, as well as other unpublished works by James Churchward.
James Churchward’s writings presented his stimulating theories and proofs of an ancient advanced civilization in the Pacific Ocean. Churchward wrote that his research into the subject spanned several decades, starting from his time in India where he was taught to read the ancient Naacal tablets, a repository of wisdom from a time before savagery.
Churchward’s study of the Naacal tablets revealed that the Garden of Eden was not in Asia but was the now sunken Pacific Ocean continent called Mu. The Biblical story of creation as well as all civilization originated there. Churchward’s recognition of the Naacal Brotherhood as the author of Niven’s tablets establishes another source of ancient wisdom and knowledge from the continent of Mu.
Jack Churchward is the great grandson of James Churchward. He served six years in the U.S. Navy and went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering. He has over 40 years’ experience in the aerospace and defense industry, and is a fourth-generation engineer and fourth-generation patent holder. In addition, Jack identifies as a Tibetan Buddhist. His previous book is Lifting the Veil on the Lost Continent of Mu.
