Joining us tonight for all four hours is Franklin Carter, a former Electronics Technician trained in the U.S. Navy specializing in radar repair and maintenance. Franklin’s involvement with UFOs started while he was in the Navy during the 1960s and has continued through present day. His personal experiences include actual UFO sightings and on-board craft experiences.
Because of his own personal experiences and having those experiences investigated, Franklin became a UFO investigator himself. He co-founded and was President of the Institute for UFO Research and also co-founded the Institute for the Study of Galactic Civilizations. Franklin is also a Disclosure Project witness (www.disclosureproject.org/). Additionally, Franklin had a radio program called Spacecraft News which he hosted in the 1990s.
After leaving the Navy, Franklin entered the business world when he took over the business management of his family’s businesses consisting of a cattle ranch, western wear and tack store, rodeo stock contracting business, and feed lot. He has spent the last 50 years as a professional business manager and consultant in the agricultural world, managing a pharmaceutical company, a major animal health distributorship, nutritional supplement manufacturing company, and the world’s largest poultry research company, Colorado Quality Research. He is currently semi-retired but continues to work with a data analysis and consulting company as well as his investigations into UFOs.
