Hour 1: Jude Bijou
Joining Amerika Now during the first hour of the show is renowned therapist and award-winning author Jude Bijou to discuss Attitude Reconstruction: A Blueprint for Building a Better Life.
We live in an ever-changing world that is fast-paced and getting faster and seemingly more chaotic by the day. Life’s accelerator has hit the floor, and many people are doing all they can do just to hang onto the wheel without veering totally out of control. Many people feel stressed and overwhelmed, stuffing their feelings deep inside, which unfortunately ends up wreaking havoc in their lives.
In a world that has gadgets for just about everything, wouldn’t it wonderful if we had GPS for navigating around our emotional roadblocks? Well guess what…there is a system for navigating those roadblocks and learning to identify emotions and express them constructively to solve problems, change behavior, and achieve happiness. It’s called Attitude Reconstruction, and it’s the groundbreaking concept behind the multiple award-winning book written by Jude.
Jude Bijou is a respected psychotherapist, professional educator, workshop leader, and longtime student of Eastern philosophy. Her fascination with behavioral change was embedded in her DNA, having grown up as the daughter of pioneering behavioral child psychologist Sidney Bijou. Jude’s theory of attitude reconstruction evolved over the course of more than 30 years working with clients as a licensed marriage and family therapist.

Hour 2: Chuck Malkus
PR Executive and Crisis Communications Expert Chuck Malkus joins Amerika Now during the second hour to discuss The Ultimate Ponzi Scheme, the Scott Rothstein story.
When we think Ponzi schemes, the name Bernie Madoff immediately comes to mind. But even Madoff would have been amazed by former South Florida lawyer Scott Rothstein’s Ponzi scheme. Rothstein stole $1.4 billion to finance his opulent lifestyle, and his Ponzi scheme became one of the most ruthless in U.S. history.
Malkus, a nationally recognized public relations executive, crisis communications expert, and president of Malkus Communications Group, has written a book entitled The Ultimate Ponzi Scheme, which uncovers the truths and chronicles Rothstein’s greed and crimes.
Scott Rothstein was a charming and charismatic lawyer who offered clients an opportunity to “purchase” a settlement from a client who needed money up front and couldn’t wait for the court proceedings. Amassing hundreds of millions of dollars, Rothstein corrupted businessmen, bought influence with local police, spent thousands of dollars on prostitutes and strippers, and deceived hundreds of people.
Chuck will discuss Rothstein’s beginnings as a gifted student and singer whose ambitions included making millions of dollars without working too hard to his ultimate demise. He’ll also discuss Rothstein’s lavish lifestyle, which included $6,000 suits, a $1 million dollar wedding at the Versace Mansion, a warehouse of cars that included two $1.6 million dollar Bugatti sports cars…to even his-and-her gold toilets. Malkus will also talk about Rothstein’s ties to organized crime, his cozy relationships with Ft. Lauderdale police, and his constant female companionship, which cost him hundreds of thousands of dollars per month for strippers, prostitutes, and sex parties.
Malkus will also discuss the suspected murders of Rothstein’s personal bodyguard, former attorney, and girlfriend, Melissa Britt Lewis, as well as how he got caught and the ensuing trial.
Chuck Malkus is a public relations executive, crisis communications expert, and president of Malkus Communications Group. Malkus has helped raise millions of dollars for natural disaster relief.
