(1) Open Discussion on Super Tuesday 2016.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

This coming Tuesday, March 1, 2016, is Super Tuesday \u2013 the biggest single day for presidential candidates to pick up delegates. Twelve states and one U.S. territory will hold primaries and caucuses with 595 Republican delegates and 1,004 Democratic delegates available. One hundred thirty (130) super-delegates are also represented by the states involved on Super Tuesday.<\/p>\n

This year’s Super Tuesday is also becoming known as the “SEC Primary” because of the number of Southern states involved which all have sports teams that compete in the Southeastern Conference (SEC).<\/p>\n

Super Tuesday’s outcome matters. It’s the one day over the campaign season when the most delegates are awarded and it’s also a good indicator of how candidates do nationally as opposed to regionally. Super Tuesday may also answer questions about the viability of both of the outside-the-establishment candidates, Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders.<\/p>\n

Ronelle Wood received her Master of Science in Speech\/Language Pathology from California State University, Sacramento, in 1988; her Massage Therapy License from Santa Barbara School of Massage in 1994; and her Myofascial Release Technique training from John F. Barnes, PT, in 2003-2008. In 2007 she was certified\u00a0 as a Level 3 Watsu\u00ae Practitioner. She worked in Ventura, California, as a Myofascial Release Specialist at Restorative Exercise Institute from 2007-2009; and, with her partner, Joe Cocke, has co-owned and co-operated Ojai Healing Movement\/Sanctuary in Ojai, California, from 2010 to the present.<\/p>\n

Ronelle says that, following an injury, she went in search of what works.
